Versar Inc and LBS are excited to announce the launch of their new combined company, Versar Global Solutions.

Four months ago Versar, a global engineering, environmental, and security services firm merged with LBS, an operations and maintenance services provider for complex infrastructure assets at mission-essential defense and civilian facilities worldwide.

“Our new name is a nod to our successful past performances and acknowledges our enhanced ability to serve our Customers around the world,” said Versar Global Solutions Chief Executive Officer and President Jim Jaska. “As we move forward as one company—now with a widened set of capabilities all under one name—I believe we are better positioned to increase our presence in the market and support our Customers’ bold endeavors."
